This is why our contemporary human society faces debasement of values, violence, injustice, wars, and cruelty. Our modern age is well acquainted with this and hence because of every scientific development, there is a development in our destroying skills as well which is very dangerous.

A moral and spiritual regeneration of religion is truly needed today apart from humans materialism. Since our social and cultural values demand an inner transformation of consciousness which means the qualitative improvement of mankind. This state of consciousness is the realization of the ultimate reality that is the essential oneness of worship. Where the goal is to better the soul for the world. The purpose of faith is to gather the perception of the true nature and potentialities in the mind of a modern human being.

Nondualism (Advaita) is the philosophical view of a Guru on religious and ethical aspects. Guru is the one who accepts worship as a set of moral and ethical concepts. These concepts are a help to human beings in moving ahead. Hence, being a non-dualist, the Guru does not take part in any particular system of faith. A devotional love towards beauty, goodness, love, and truth is a neutral stand to see all beliefs. This type of spiritual life is a reflection of reality to get rid of distortions.

Self-happiness is the reason for an individual to do everything he desires. A Guru says that all men are brothers and the main happiness that matters is the happiness of an individual. All sects have the same theoretical foundation which is to attain absolute truth. The religion is not approaching for the welfare of the inner world of human since the focus is the betterment of the physical and spiritual world. The faith of the founders of all religions was the same, to realize the absolute.

Our Faith is left with us and our individual tastes, depending on whether it will make us good or bad people in the world. Similarly, the aim of all religions is the same. The aim of all religions is to take the hearts and minds of human beings on an absolute level.  We will find the truth for ourselves when this is accomplished.

Aim of Religion

Devotion is a guidebook for the seekers of truth. But devotion is not an authority for those who already have attained the truth. They are the founders of religion and use discriminating power in reforming faith. Any hindrance to human evolution is strictly discarded.

Familiarizing people with the religious truth of various beliefs is a way of achieving religious harmony. A religion may seem defective or fake when seen from the point of view of another person having faith in a different sect. A doctrinal approach of one faith will always be wrong for others.

An ethical norm based on fully convinced and realized truth is needed in human life whether it is an individual, social or national aspect. It is an ethical norm to humanity which is intended for the happiness of one and all.
